An Act relative to CNA training.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court assembled, and by the authority of the same, as follows:
SECTION 1. Chapter 111 of the General Laws, as appearing in the 2018 official edition, is hereby amended by inserting after section 4O the following new section:-
Section 4P. For Certified Nurse Aides (CNA) who receive their CNA training and work in nursing facilities whose resident population is predominantly non-English speaking, the Nurse Aide Certification Exam shall be offered in other languages including Spanish and Chinese.
