An Act relative to out-of-state physician consultations.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court assembled, and by the authority of the same, as follows:
SECTION 1. Said section 2 of chapter 112, as appearing in the 2018 Official Edition , is hereby amended by adding the following new paragraph:-
"Nothing in this chapter applies to any physician located outside this state, who is authorized to practice medicine in that jurisdiction, if the physician engages in consultation with a physician licensed to practice medicine in this state."
