An Act to improve next of kin access to deceased medical records.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court assembled, and by the authority of the same, as follows:
Section 70 of Chapter 111 of General Laws, is hereby amended by inserting after "executer or administrator", the following words: - A death certificate may also be provided which list the requestor as the next of kin.
