An Act relative to the Labor Relations Commission.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court assembled, and by the authority of the same, as follows:
SECTION 1. Chapter 150E, Section six is amended by adding a new paragraph after the first paragraph:-
“Whenever the Commission is requested to decide a question under this section, the Commission shall decide the questions after a full hearing within three months of the initial date of the filing of the matter.”
