An Act further regulating the withdrawal of local subscribers from commission.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court assembled, and by the authority of the same, as follows:
SECTION 1.Subsection (e) of section 19 of chapter 32B of the General Laws, as appearing in the 2016 Official Edition, is hereby amended by striking out in line 208 the words “December 1”, and inserting in place thereof, the words:- March 1.
SECTION 2.Subsection (a) of section 23 of chapter 32B of the General Laws, as appearing in the 2016 Official Edition, is hereby amended by striking out in line 46 the words “December 1”, and inserting in place thereof, the words:- March 1.
