An Act relative to the earnings cap on retirees.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court assembled, and by the authority of the same, as follows:
SECTION 1. Section 91 of Chapter 32 of the General Laws, as appearing in the 2018 Official Edition, is hereby amended by striking “$15,000” and inserting in place thereof “$25,000”.
SECTION 2. Section 1 is hereby repealed.
SECTION 3. Section 2 shall take effect one year after the passage of this act.
