An Act relative to the deposit of public monies.

 

Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court assembled, and by the authority of the same, as follows:
 

Section 34 of chapter 29 of the General Laws, as appearing in the 2018 Official Edition, is hereby amended by striking, in line 8, the figure:- “6” and inserting in place thereof the figure:- “12”.
