An Act relative to homeowner information.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court assembled, and by the authority of the same, as follows:
The second paragraph of section 45 of chapter 59 of the General Laws, as appearing in the 2018 Official Edition, is hereby amended by adding the following sentence:- Upon request, the assessors shall redact an individual’s name from any publicly available electronic books or records; provided, however, that the redacted information shall be maintained in the assessors’ books or records and subject to public records requests pursuant to section 10 of chapter 66.
