An Act relative to the senior circuit breaker tax credit.

 

Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court assembled, and by the authority of the same, as follows:
 

Paragraph 2 of subsection (k) of section 6 of chapter 62 of the General Laws, as appearing in the 2018 Official Edition, is hereby amended by striking out the figure “$750”, in line 447, and inserting in place thereof the following words:- half of the total real estate tax bill.
