An Act relative to vehicle excise tax.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court assembled, and by the authority of the same, as follows:
Section 1 of chapter 60A of the General Laws, as appearing in the 2018 Official Edition, is hereby amended by striking line 12 through line 17, inclusive, and putting in its place the following:-
In the year preceding the designated year of manufacture ......... 50%
In the year of manufacture .......................................................... 95%
In the second year ....................................................................... 70%
In the third year ............................................................................ 45%
In the fourth year .......................................................................... 25%
In the fifth and succeeding years ................................................. 10%
