An Act relating to the public records law.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court assembled, and by the authority of the same, as follows:
Section 1.
Section 10A of Chapter 66 of the General Laws as appearing in the 2016 Official Edition, is hereby amended by inserting after the word:- “records.” in line 22 the following:- “If necessary, additional time may be granted as agreed upon by both the requestor and the records custodian.”
