An Act relative to Treasury operations.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court assembled, and by the authority of the same, as follows:
Section 1 of chapter 10 of the General Laws, as appearing in the 2018 Official Edition, is hereby amended by inserting after subparagraph (b) the following subparagraph:- (c) The department of the state treasurer, as organized in this chapter, may charge for the reasonable costs of providing services to any state agency, department or authority, as defined by section 1 of chapter 29.
