An Act relative to cost transparency.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court assembled, and by the authority of the same, as follows:
SECTION 1. Section 12 of Chapter 11 of the General Laws, as appearing in the 2018 Official Edition, is hereby amended by inserting after the last paragraph, the following paragraph:-
The Department of the State Auditor is hereby required to issue an annual report on the costs undocumented aliens, as defined in Section 16D of Chapter 118E of the General Laws, impose on the Commonwealth from the usage of public goods and services. The report must be submitted to the House and Senate Committee on Ways and Means by December 31, 2021.
