Chapter 159B of the General Laws, as appearing in the 2018 Official Edition, is hereby amended by adding the following section:-
Section 23. (a) Any motor vehicle operated by an individual who is employed by, an agent of, or acting at the direction of either (i) a parcel delivery service, or (ii) a business entity that delivers products to consumers in the ordinary course of its business, shall be marked with a service mark or trademark or other mark identifying the parcel delivery service or business entity during the period of time that the operator is engaged in the delivery of a parcel or product to a consumer. Such mark shall be plainly visible from a distance of 100 feet during daylight hours. (b) A violation of subsection (a) shall be punishable by a fine of $100
