An Act to eliminate geographic barriers of shared solar.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court assembled, and by the authority of the same, as follows:
SECTION 1. Section 11 of Chapter 75 of the Acts of 2016, is hereby amended by adding in the following subsection:-
(d) For any solar incentive program developed pursuant to this section, customers of any distribution company located in the commonwealth shall be designated to receive such credits, including alternative on bill credits, in amounts attributed by the solar tariff generation units.
