An Act regulating out of state motor vehicle infractions.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court assembled, and by the authority of the same, as follows:
SECTION 1. Section 3 of Chapter 90C of General Laws, as appearing in the 2018 Official Edition, is hereby amended by inserting the following:- Notwithstanding any general or special laws to the contrary, violators who have received a moving violation from one state, and has paid the fine, shall not have to pay an additional fine in Massachusetts.
