An Act regulating the traffic utilization of Route 60 in the town of Arlington and the city of Medford.

 

Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court assembled, and by the authority of the same, as follows:
 

SECTION 1. No vehicle and appurtenant connected carriage having a cumulative total of six or more wheels shall be permitted to traverse any portion of state highway route 60 between state highway route 2 in the town of Arlington and Winthrop Circle, so-called, in the city of Medford between the hours of 11 P.M. and 6 A.M.

SECTION 2. The Commissioner of the Massachusetts Highway Department shall take appropriate action to implement this enactment.
