An Act relative to Massachusetts drivers license information.

 

Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court assembled, and by the authority of the same, as follows:
 

SECTION 8 of chapter 90 of the General Laws, as appearing in the 2004 Official Edition, is hereby amended by adding the following paragraph:-

The registrar shall collect the following information from all persons issued licenses, if 21 years of age or older the name of a person to be contacted and contact information in case of any emergency. From persons under 21 years of age then next of kin or if there is no next of kin a person standing in place of a next of kin.
