An Act relative to online driver's education.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court assembled, and by the authority of the same, as follows:
SECTION 1. Section 32G of chapter 90 of the General Laws, as appearing in the 2014 Official Edition, is hereby amended by inserting after the first sentence of the last paragraph, in line 214, the following sentence:-
Bill text: The registrar may approve a driver education curriculum presented in an online teaching format.
And Section 8 of chapter 90, lines 13 and 14 are hereby amended by deleting “not less than 6 hours of observing another student driver.”
