An Act to reduce litter on the highways of the Commonwealth.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court assembled, and by the authority of the same, as follows:
Section 36 of Chapter 85 of the General Laws is hereby amended in the last sentence by striking the words, "of not less than fifty nor more than two hundred dollars." and inserting in it's place the following text, "of one thousand dollars".
