An Act establishing veterans’ service officers as mandated reporters.

 

Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court assembled, and by the authority of the same, as follows:
 

SECTION 1. Section 15 of chapter 19A of the General Laws, as appearing in the 2016 Official Edition, is hereby amended in line 6 by inserting after the words “outreach worker employed by a council on aging,” the following:- “veterans’ service officers,”

SECTION 2. Section 1 of Chapter 19C of the General Laws, as so appearing, is hereby amended in line 28 by inserting after the words “foster parent,” the following:- “veterans’ service officers,”
