An Act relative to the education of the veterans of Massachusetts.

 

Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court assembled, and by the authority of the same, as follows:
 

SECTION 1:  Chapter 15A of the Massachusetts General Laws are hereby amended by adding the following section:

“Section 43:  The council shall develop and adopt a written policy requiring each public institution of higher education to offer and administer online courses free of charge to any Veteran of Massachusetts as defined by M.G.L. ch. 4, s.7, clause 43.”
