Resolutions requesting the Governor to remove Judge Abbie L Ross from the Essex County Family and Probate Court.
Resolved, That both houses of the legislature hereby request the governor to remove, under the provisions of Article I of chapter III of Part the Second of the Constituent, Judge Abbie L. Ross from the Essex County Family and Probate Court; and be it further
Resolved, That the clerk of the Senate be directed to transmit an engrossed copy of these resolutions to the governor forthwith.
