An Act authorizing the town of Dracut to pay a certain bill to White Water, Inc.

 

Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court assembled, and by the authority of the same, as follows:
 

SECTION 1. Through inadvertence the Town of Dracut failed to comply with Massachusetts Procurement Laws when awarding a bid to White Water, Inc for the annual servicing, maintenance and repair of its sewer system; service provided by White Water related to operation and maintenance of the Town of Dracut’s wastewater pumping stations per May 2018. Request for Proposal(“RFP”) and Notice of Award dated June 6, 2018, and upgrade work completed at the Merrimack Avenue Wastewater Pump Station per 2019 RFP and notice of award dated March 14, 2019.

SECTION 2. The Town of Dracut may pay White Water, Inc.’s bills for services rendered in the amount of $133,489.21

SECTION 3. This act shall take effect upon its passage.
