An Act directing the Bristol County Retirement Board to grant creditable service to Frank Cabral Jr.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court assembled, and by the authority of the same, as follows:
Notwithstanding any general or special law, rule or regulation to the contrary, the Bristol County Retirement Board shall credit Frank Cabral Jr., a member of the Bristol County Retirement System, with creditable service for the period of January 1,1984 to May 31, 1993, inclusive, for the purpose of determining his superannuation retirement allowance pursuant to paragraph (a) of subdivision (2) of section 5 of chapter 32 of the General Laws. Mr. Cabral has already remitted the appropriate contributions and interest to the Bristol County Retirement System to receive credit for this service.
