An Act providing mental health sick days to public school students.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court assembled, and by the authority of the same, as follows:
Section 1 of chapter 76 of the General Laws, as appearing in the 2018 Official Edition, is hereby amended by inserting after the word “months”, in line 25, the following words:- ; provided, that cases of necessary absence shall include absences for the mental or behavioral health of the student.
