An Act authorizing the city of Brockton to grant additional wine and malt beverage licenses.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court assembled, and by the authority of the same, as follows:
Notwithstanding section 17 of chapter 138 of the General Laws, or any other general or special law to the contrary, the licensing authority of the city of Brockton may grant not more than 5 additional licenses for the sale of wine and malt beverages to be drunk off premises in addition to the number of licenses ordinarily authorized by law.
