An Act designating a certain bridge in the town of Orleans as the Norman Wood Finch memorial bridge.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court assembled, and by the authority of the same, as follows:
SECTION 1. The bridge at pleasant bay landing on state highway route 28 in the town of Orleans shall be designated and known as the Norman Wood Finch memorial bridge, in honor and recognition of his service in the United States Coast Guard. The Massachusetts Department of Transportation shall erect and maintain suitable markers bearing this designation in compliance with the standards of the department.
SECTION 2. This act shall take effect upon its passage.
