An Act to amend the Blackstone home rule charter by deleting the Town Administrator residency requirement.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court assembled, and by the authority of the same, as follows:
SECTION 1. Section C5-1 of article V of the charter of the town of Blackstone is hereby amended by striking out the fifth sentence.
SECTION 2. This act shall take effect upon its passage.
