An Act relative to civil weddings.

 

Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court assembled, and by the authority of the same, as follows:
 

Section 38 of chapter 207 of the General Laws, as appearing in the 2018 Official Edition, is hereby amended by inserting after the word “thereunder”, in line 12, the following words: ; a justice of the trial court appointed to a division of the probate and family court department.
