An Act authorizing the town of Canton to grant a right of way access easement across Article 97 land.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court assembled, and by the authority of the same, as follows:
Section 1. The Board of Selectmen of the Town of Canton is hereby authorized to lease, convey, transfer, sell, or grant a right of way access easement for residential purposes across land acquired by the town for Article 97 purposes of recreation and open space, such land described as the Canton Aquatic Center, located at 199 Bolivar Street in the Town of Canton, Map 41, Parcel 41, in mitigation of which the Town of Canton is to acquire certain recreational trail easements across the land of the grantee of said right of way access easement of equivalent or more area.
Section 2. This Act shall take effect upon enactment.
