An Act authorizing the town of Deerfield to continue the employment of police department members Robert Warger, Joseph Mieczkowski, and Raymond Burniske.

 

Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court assembled, and by the authority of the same, as follows:
 

SECTION 1. Notwithstanding any general or special law to the contrary, Robert Warger, Joseph Mieczkowski and Raymond Burniske, members of the police department of the town of Deerfield, may continue in their positions until they reach 70 years of age, the date of their retirement or until their non-reappointment, whichever first occurs.

SECTION 2. This act shall take effect upon its passage.
