An Act providing for abatements in cases of terrorism or public health emergency.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court assembled, and by the authority of the same, as follows:
Section 2D of chapter 59 of the General Laws, as appearing in the 2018 Official Edition, is hereby amended by striking out the word “fire”, in line 44, and inserting place thereof the following words:- terrorism or public health emergencies including, but not limited to, pandemic or epidemic emergencies as defined by a local, state or federal public health authority with competent jurisdiction, fire.
