An Act to amend the charter of the city of Holyoke.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court assembled, and by the authority of the same, as follows:
SECTION 1: Section 45 of Chapter 438 of the Acts of 1896 is hereby amended by inserting after the word "schools", the following words;- "and city solicitor,".
SECTION 2: Section 46 of said Chapter 438 of the Acts of 1896 is hereby amended by inserting after the word "schools", the following words;- "and city solicitor,".
SECTION 3: This act shall take effect upon passage.
