An Act to amend the charter of the city of Holyoke.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court assembled, and by the authority of the same, as follows:
SECTION 1: Section 45 of Chapter 438 of the Acts of 1896 is hereby amended by inserting after the words “city solicitor”, the following words;- “and Superintendent of Public Works,”.
SECTION 2: Section 46 of Chapter 438 of the Acts of 1896 is hereby amended by inserting after the words “city solicitor”, the following words; - “and Superintendent of Public Works,”.
SECTION 3: This act shall take effect upon passage:
