An Act designating a certain bridge in the town of Bedford as the Major Barry Allan Seidman, USAF Memorial Bridge.
Whereas, The deferred operation of this act would tend to defeat its purpose, which is to designate forthwith a certain bridge in the town of Bedford, therefore it is hereby declared to be an emergency law, necessary for the immediate preservation of the public convenience.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court assembled, and by the authority of the same, as follows:
Bridge number B04001 on ST 4 Great Road in the town of Bedford shall be designated and known as the Major Barry Allan Seidman, USAF Memorial Bridge in memory of Major Barry Allan Seidman, USAF. The Massachusetts Department of Transportation shall erect and maintain suitable markers and a memorial plaque on the bridge bearing the designation in compliance with the standards of the department.
