An Act relative to the advisory board to the Massachusetts Bay Transportation Authority.

Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court assembled, and by the authority of the same, as follows:
 

SECTION 1. Section 2 of chapter 32A of the General Laws, as appearing in the 2018 Official Edition, is hereby amended by inserting after the word “Authority”, in line 8, the words: - "", the Advisory Board to the Massachusetts Bay Transportation Authority as established in chapter 161A.”

SECTION 2. Section 2(b) of Chapter 32A as appearing is amended, by adding the phrase “Advisory Board to the Massachusetts Bay Transportation Authority” after the phrase “Massachusetts Department of Transportation.”

SECTION 3. Section 1 shall take effect upon passage of this act.
