An Act to protect victims of stalking in violation of harassment prevention orders.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court assembled, and by the authority of the same, as follows:
Section 1. Section 43 of Chapter 265 of the General Laws, as appearing in the 2018 Official Edition, is amended by inserting in subsection (b), in line 26, after the words “chapter two hundred and nine C,” the following:- ; or sections three, five, or six of chapter two hundred and fifty-eight E.
