An Act modernizing the Massachusetts alcohol laws.

 

Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court assembled, and by the authority of the same, as follows:
 

SECTION 1.  Section 67 of chapter 138 of the General Laws, as appearing in the 2018 Official Edition, is hereby amended, in line 7, by striking the word “five” and inserting in place thereof the following words:- ten business.
