An Act relative to pesticides.

 

Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court assembled, and by the authority of the same, as follows:
 

SECTION 1. Section 6E of chapter 132B of the General Laws, as appearing in the 2018 official edition, is hereby amended in line 1 by striking the figure “2001” and inserting in place thereof the following figure:- 2022.

SECTION 2. Section 6E of said chapter 132B is hereby further amended by inserting after the word “center” each time it appears the following words:- , public institution of higher education, as established in section 5 of chapter 15A,.

SECTION 3. Section 7A of said chapter 132B is hereby further amended in line 1 by striking the word “a” and inserting in place thereof the following words:- an electronic. Said section 7A is hereby further amended in paragraph (a) by striking the last sentence and inserting in place thereof the following sentence:- The department may use the ePlace Portal System to implement the requirements of this section.

SECTION 4. Section 3 of this Act shall take effect six months after its passage.
