In the One Hundred and Ninety-Second General Court

An Act relative to the Massachusetts Department of Transportation.

 

Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court assembled, and by the authority of the same, as follows:
 

SECTION 1.  Section 3 of chapter 6C of the General Laws, as appearing in the 2014 Official Edition, is hereby amended by striking, in lines 173-174, the words “and sections 44A to 44H, inclusive, of chapter 149”. 

SECTION 2.  Section 14 of said chapter 6C, as so appearing, is hereby amended by striking, in line 3, the words “and sections 44A to 44H, inclusive, of chapter 149”. 

SECTION 3.  Subsection (1) of section 44A of chapter 149 of the General Laws, as so appearing, is hereby amended by inserting, in line 12, after the word “authority” the following words:-

“and the Massachusetts department of transportation”.

SECTION 4.  Section 14 of chapter 149A of the General Laws, as so appearing, is hereby amended by inserting, in line 3, after the word “project” the following words:-  or a building project.

SECTION 5.  Section 15 of said chapter 149A, as so appearing, is hereby amended by striking, in line 1, the figure “8” and inserting in place thereof the following figure:-  21.
