An Act removing the residency requirement for the board of trustees of the Grand Army Building in the city of Lynn.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court assembled, and by the authority of the same, as follows:
SECTION 1. The fifth sentence of section 4 of chapter 220 of the acts of 1919 is hereby amended by striking out the following words:- and has been a resident of the city of Lynn for at least five consecutive years preceding his appointment.
SECTION 2. This act shall take effect upon its passage.
