An Act removing the residency requirement for members of the traffic commission in the city of Lynn.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court assembled, and by the authority of the same, as follows:
SECTION 1. The first sentence of section 1 of chapter 167 of the acts of 1999 is hereby amended by striking out the following words:- whose members shall be residents of the city.
SECTION 2. This act shall take effect upon its passage.
