An Act relative to the Swansea Water Commissioner health benefits.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court assembled, and by the authority of the same, as follows:
Chapter 137 of the Acts of 1949, Section 9, as amended, by inserting the words set forth below at the end of the section.
"Notwithstanding Chapter 32B of the General Laws or any other general or special law to the contrary, elected members of the Board of Water Commissioners shall not be eligible for medical, dental, or life insurance coverage."
