An Act designating a certain portion of state highway in the town of Plymouth as Plimoth Patuxet highway.

 

Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court assembled, and by the authority of the same, as follows:
 

SECTION 1. That portion of state highway, beginning at exit 12A of route 3, which connects routes 3 and 3A in the town of Plymouth shall be known and designated as “The Plimoth Patuxet Highway”. The Massachusetts Department of Transportation shall erect and maintain suitable markers on the highway bearing the designation in compliance with the standards of the department.

SECTION 2. Chapter 131 of the acts of 1969 is hereby repealed.

SECTION 3. This act shall take effect upon its passage.
