An Act to amend the charter of the city of Holyoke.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court assembled, and by the authority of the same, as follows:
SECTION 1: Section 15 of Chapter 438 of the Acts of 1896 is hereby amended by striking the words “one year” and replacing with the words “two years”
SECTION 2: This act shall take effect upon passage.
