An Act relative to exempting unemployment claims from state income tax.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court assembled, and by the authority of the same, as follows:
SECTION 1. Notwithstanding any general provisions or special laws to the contrary, all submitted unemployment claims, and unemployment payments made to claimants made from March 15, 2020 through December 31, 2020, shall be exempt from state income tax
