An Act amending Chapter 220 of the Acts of 2018 due to COVID-19.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court assembled, and by the authority of the same, as follows:
SECTION 1. Section 8 of chapter 220 of the acts of 2018 is hereby amended by striking out “not later than October 1, 2021:” and inserting in place thereof, the following:- “not later than nine months following the end of the COVID-19 State of Emergency:”.
SECTION 2. This act shall take effect upon passage.
