An Act amending the Provisions of the Acts of 2020, Chapter 177.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court assembled, and by the authority of the same, as follows:
SECTION 1. Section 5 of Chapter 177 of the Acts of 2020 is amended by deleting reference to the 10-foot wide easement in the first sentence and replacing it with 50-foot wide easement.
SECTION 2. Section 5 of Chapter 177 of the Acts of 2020 is amended by adding after reference to the commonwealth boundary in the second sentence the following language: or as agreed by the commissioner of capital asset management, maintenance and the department of corrections, and the city known as the town of Bridgewater.
SECTION 3. Section 5 of Chapter 177 of the Acts of 2020 is amended by adding after the second sentence the following language: Such transfer shall include areas at both the northerly and southerly ends of the said 10-foot wide trail easement sufficient to construct parking areas for up to 10 vehicles, the precise locations of which shall be agreed by the commissioner of capital asset management, maintenance and the department of corrections, and the city known as the town of Bridgewater.
