An Act relative to the costs of the reconstruction or replacement of court facilities located in the downtown area of the city of New Bedford.
Whereas, The deferred operation of this act would tend to defeat its purpose, which is to mitigate the costs of the reconstruction or replacement of court facilities located in the downtown area of the city of New Bedford, therefore it is hereby declared to be an emergency law, necessary for the immediate preservation of the public convenience.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court assembled, and by the authority of the same, as follows:
The unexpended balance in item 1102-5700, as authorized pursuant to chapter 113 of the acts of 2018, shall be expended for the costs of the reconstruction or replacement of court facilities located in the downtown area of the city of New Bedford.
